About The Position

Brightview Senior Living is seeking an experienced Executive Director to provide leadership for their new community, Brightview East Brunswick, planned to open in late 2027. This role involves leading the community with creativity and independence in an entrepreneurial environment. The Executive Director will be involved in all aspects of operations including Hospitality, Health Services, Dining, Programming, Sales, Maintenance, and the Business Office. Key responsibilities include building brand awareness, leading pre-sales efforts, recruiting and developing a leadership team, and overseeing day-to-day business operations to ensure quality, resident satisfaction, associate engagement, operational efficiency, and strong financial results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated, successful operations experience specific to independent, assisted, Alzheimer’s communities or related fields.
  • Three plus years management experience in a similar environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office products, internet and industry specific software programs for marketing, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Meet state licensing requirements (where applicable).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Problem analysis and resolution at both a strategic and a functional level.
  • Strong MS Office proficiency.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English.
