$70,000 - $95,000Onsite

About The Position

We have an amazing opportunity for an exceptionally organized, resourceful, and driven professional to support Wunder’s senior leadership team. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and brings a no-job-is-too-small mentality to everything they do. You’ll serve as a critical partner to senior leadership, helping keep the company running smoothly by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, triaging communications, and handling the countless details that enable our senior team to stay focused on the highest-value work. This role requires sound judgment, discretion, urgency, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. This role is about force-multiplication. You will help create leverage for our leadership team by bringing order to chaos, anticipating needs before they arise, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Requirements

  • Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented - You are exceptionally organized, you never let details slip past you, and you take pride in getting the small things right.
  • Excellent Judgment - You know how to prioritize, when to escalate, and how to handle sensitive situations with maturity and discretion.
  • Fast, Responsive, and Reliable - You move with urgency, communicate clearly, and are known for being someone others can count on.
  • Calendar & Scheduling Expert - You have experience managing calendars and coordinating across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel & Logistics Pro - You are comfortable owning end-to-end travel coordination. You realize that travel plans can change rapidly and are excited to provide real time support when plans change.
  • Strong Communicator - You communicate clearly and professionally in writing and in person, and you can represent senior leaders well with internal and external audiences.
  • Resourceful & Proactive - You don’t wait to be told what to do. You spot problems, propose solutions, and take action.
  • Comfortable with Ambiguity - You thrive in environments where priorities evolve quickly and no two days look the same.
  • A No-Task-Is-Too-Small Attitude - You enjoy being helpful and understand that great support often means handling whatever is needed, whether it’s a high-stakes board meeting or an afternoon coffee run.
  • Low Ego, High Ownership - You are humble, hands-on, and willing to jump in anywhere to help the team succeed.
  • You Believe That No Problem Is Too Hard - In environments where others get stuck, you stay calm, get creative, and find a way forward.
  • Experience - You have 2+ years of experience supporting senior executives, leadership teams, or founders in a high-performance environment.
  • Located in Boulder or Denver, CO - Candidates must currently live in, or be willing to relocate to Boulder. This is an in-person role and you’ll be working out of our Boulder HQ five days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Put our customers first - Nothing is more important to our success than happy customers. You will support our leadership team by finding ways to go above and beyond to deliver for our customers.
  • Keep our leaders focused - Own calendar management across multiple executives, balancing shifting priorities, protecting time, and ensuring leaders are spending time on the most important work.
  • Own travel logistics - Book and manage travel, accommodations, itineraries, and seamlessly handle last-minute changes as they arise in real time.
  • Research - Help leadership walk into meetings well prepared by creating dossiers on people and companies, as appropriate.
  • Triage communications - Help manage email flow, prioritize urgent matters, draft responses when appropriate, and ensure important follow-ups are captured and completed.
  • Anticipate needs before they arise - Stay one step ahead of the leadership team by proactively identifying conflicts, preparing materials, flagging risks, and solving problems before they become issues.
  • Drive administrative excellence - Handle logistics, document preparation, note-taking, follow-up tracking, and other operational tasks with precision and speed.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion - Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism, and judgment in all interactions and communications.
