About The Position

Wunder is building a Modern Energy Company and is seeking an exceptionally organized, resourceful, and driven professional to support its senior leadership team. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and brings a no-job-is-too-small mentality. The Executive Assistant will serve as a critical partner to senior leadership, helping keep the company running smoothly by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, triaging communications, and handling details that enable the senior team to focus on high-value work. This role requires sound judgment, discretion, urgency, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed, acting as a force-multiplier by bringing order to chaos, anticipating needs, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

  • 2+ years of experience supporting senior executives, leadership teams, or founders in a high-performance environment.
  • Located in Boulder or Denver, CO - Candidates must currently live in, or be willing to relocate to Boulder.

Responsibilities

  • Put our customers first - Support leadership by finding ways to go above and beyond to deliver for our customers.
  • Keep our leaders focused - Own calendar management across multiple executives, balancing shifting priorities, protecting time, and ensuring leaders are spending time on the most important work.
  • Own travel logistics - Book and manage travel, accommodations, itineraries, and seamlessly handle last-minute changes.
  • Research - Help leadership walk into meetings well prepared by creating dossiers on people and companies.
  • Triage communications - Help manage email flow, prioritize urgent matters, draft responses, and ensure important follow-ups are captured and completed.
  • Anticipate needs before they arise - Stay one step ahead of the leadership team by proactively identifying conflicts, preparing materials, flagging risks, and solving problems before they become issues.
  • Drive administrative excellence - Handle logistics, document preparation, note-taking, follow-up tracking, and other operational tasks with precision and speed.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion - Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism, and judgment.
  • Do whatever is needed - Step into a wide range of tasks, big and small, to help the leadership team and company operate at peak performance.
