  • Experience coordinating and scheduling staff performance reviews.
  • Ability to extract evaluation data from internal systems.
  • Skill in overseeing and updating master staff schedules.
  • Experience managing travel logistics and itineraries.
  • Ability to provide ad-hoc assistance with personal appointments.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule all professional work calls.

  • Maintain benefits-payable tracking spreadsheets and proactively flag discrepancies.
  • Coordinate and schedule yearly staff performance reviews.
  • Extract evaluation data from various internal systems to assist in review preparation.
  • Oversee and update the master staff schedule to ensure consistent operational coverage.
  • Manage end-to-end travel logistics and itineraries.
  • Provide ad-hoc assistance with coordinating personal appointments as requested.
