Responsibilities

• Build lead lists of short-term rental properties
• Research properties on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and public county records
• Find property addresses, owner names, mailing addresses, and phone numbers when available
• Enter and maintain accurate data in our CRM / Google Sheets
• Follow a repeatable research process
• Flag incomplete or uncertain information clearly
