Events Marketing Manager

Gradient Labs•New York, NY
•$88,000 - $145,000•Remote

About The Position

Gradient Labs is hiring its first dedicated events professional to own and develop the company’s global events programme as it scales. The role is part of a four-person marketing team and reports to the Head of Marketing. The manager will decide which events to attend or host and how to measure their success, while helping the company understand customer needs and creating memorable, valuable experiences that give Gradient Labs’ founders and team a platform to share their ideas. The programme includes customer events and partner events. The position suits someone who enjoys executing in an early-stage environment, can coordinate many moving parts, and takes initiative to solve problems and improve processes. The company is remote-first, with weekly in-person meetings in London and a developing NYC office; it prefers candidates based in NYC or London. The role involves international travel for some events, but not all. Work is conducted across GMT and EST/EDT time zones.
