About The Position
Booster’s Event Support team members assist Program Leaders and Program Specialists throughout event days. They help set up and tear down event equipment and make sure events are ready for students, staff, and attendees. The role is suited to someone who enjoys hands-on work, supporting a team, and helping create a fun, organized event experience.
Requirements
- Communicate confidently and enthusiastically with students, parents, and faculty.
- Be reliable and willing to learn.
- Inspire students and families through fun, celebration, smiles, high energy, and effort.
- Have good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Be able to work an entire day on your feet.
- Be able to lift 45 lbs.
- Pass a background check.
