About The Position

Allied Universal Event Services is hiring seasonal Game Day Event Team members in Lexington, Kentucky, for football season. The role supports event preparation and operations at venues and involves helping guests enter, find their way around, and enjoy their experience. The position offers flexible, part-time scheduling and pays $18.50 per hour. Candidates from surrounding cities are welcome.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must successfully complete a background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug and alcohol test; may be required to pass a Driver’s Record check.
Must be professional, articulate, and able to exercise good independent judgment and discretion.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

Assist with all aspects of event-day preparation and execution.
Manage venue entry by collecting or scanning tickets, verifying wristbands and badges, and directing traffic entering and leaving the venue.
Understand and follow the policies, procedures, and regulations of different venues, facilities, and events.
Greet guests warmly at facility entrances, aisles, concourses, or other locations, and thank them at the end of each interaction.
Provide guests with helpful directions and suggestions to enhance their entertainment experience.
Communicate with guests using a friendly tone and natural speaking voice.
