Event Security Officer
About The Position
The Event Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring and patrolling assigned premises. The role involves observing and reporting activities and incidents, protecting client property and personnel, preserving order, and enforcing site regulations and directives related to personnel, visitors, and the area. Officers may also provide customer service and information to client employees and customers. No experience is necessary. The employer provides training for people beginning a career in the security industry. Candidates with retail, food service, or hospitality experience may be a good fit. Weekend availability is required. The position pays $17.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Must have weekend availability.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
- Must meet and continue to meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards.
- Must be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods.
- No prior experience is necessary.
