Requirements

2+ years of outbound, high-ticket, or high-volume sales, OR 4+ years in any consultative sales environment
Comfortable with high-volume outbound and rejection-heavy environments
Backgrounds that translate well: high-ticket sales, coaching/program enrollment, event sales, fitness/membership sales, solar, home improvement, real estate, insurance, financial services, or any commission-driven team sales floor
Resilient performers who treat rejection as data, not defeat
Emotionally intelligent communicators who can connect with people from all walks of life
Coachable, hungry, and willing to be measured every day
Genuine belief in personal growth and transformation
Candidates must be local to Greater Phoenix or able to commute on-site.

Responsibilities

Drive enrollment into Tony Robbins' transformational events, beginning with Unleash the Power Within and expanding across the full event portfolio
Lead powerful discovery conversations with clients seeking real breakthrough
Build emotional leverage and guide clients toward decisive action
Operate inside a high-performance, on-site outbound sales floor in Scottsdale
Engage warm leads inside the Robbins Research database and build referral pipelines from past clients
Maintain disciplined CRM execution in Salesforce
Track and own your performance through KPIs, scoreboards, and conversion metrics
Compete, win, and grow on a team built around mastery
80–100+ outbound calls per day at minimum
Disciplined follow-up, urgency, and structured pipeline ownership
