Event Operations Coordinator

Filevine•Chicago, IL
•$50,000 - $70,000

About The Position

Filevine is hiring an Event Operations Coordinator to support field events by driving attendance and managing pre-event operational details. The coordinator partners closely with the Sr. Manager of Field Marketing and Sales Operations to identify the right attendee mix, drive registrations, and ensure event logistics are prepared. This is a high-ownership role spanning outreach, event operations, and vendor coordination. The position does not require on-site event work; it supports the on-site experience through thorough preparation and follow-through. The coordinator manages attendee outreach and registration, pre-event logistics, vendor communications, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate attendee and campaign data in Salesforce, coordinating travel when needed, creating event websites and Cvent registration pages, and processing vendor invoices. The role also supports post-event conversion efforts and shares survey insights with leadership. Candidates should be highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple events in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a salary range of $50,000–$70,000 per year, a paid time off policy, and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates near Filevine offices in Salt Lake City, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York work on a hybrid or in-office schedule; candidates outside those areas may work remotely.
