About The Position

Allied Universal® Event Services is hiring part-time Event Crew for its Game Day Event Team in Indianapolis, Indiana, with candidates from surrounding cities welcome. The role supports event-day preparation and operations at venues such as stadiums, concerts, festivals, and convention centers. Crew members help guests enter venues, provide directions and suggestions, and deliver friendly, professional service. The position pays $15 per hour, offers weekly pay, and has flexible scheduling under 30 hours per week. No prior experience is needed.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
May be required to pass a driver's record check.
Must be professional, articulate, and able to exercise good independent judgment and discretion.
Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Assist with all aspects of event-day preparation and execution.
Help manage venue entry by collecting or scanning tickets, verifying wristbands and badges, and directing traffic entering and leaving the venue.
Understand and follow the policies, procedures, and regulations of different venues, facilities, and events.
Greet guests in a genuine, friendly, and personal manner at entrances, aisles, concourses, or other assigned locations, and thank them at the end of the interaction.
Provide guests with helpful directions and suggestions to improve their entertainment experience.
Communicate with guests using a friendly tone and natural speaking voice.
