About The Position

Hollywood Park is a nearly 300-acre sports and entertainment destination being developed by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke, with SoFi Stadium as its centerpiece. It is the largest urban mixed-use mega development under construction in the Western United States, planned to include residences, a hotel, retail, office space, and public parks. SoFi Stadium hosts world-renowned sporting and entertainment events. Adjacent to the stadium is American Airlines Plaza and the 6,000-seat YouTube Theater, a venue for concerts, comedy, awards shows, esports, community gatherings, and conferences. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or its equivalency
  • Strong project execution skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently and safely under time constraints.
  • Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must exert a well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously.
  • Ability to execute and meet deadlines as well as function in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis, sit, bend, stand, stoop, climb, grasp, stretch, and walk for long periods.
  • Able to communicate with all crew members effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or pursuit of a degree in sport management, hospitality management, or facility management, preferred.
  • Previous experience in event-related project sites, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Operations department regarding event setup, tear down, changeovers, and daily operational tasks.
  • Complete the scope of work within established timelines, efficiently and safely.
  • Assist with the movement, pickup, delivery, and installation of equipment, furniture, and other materials.
  • Execute tasks in continual preparation and upkeep of events, venues, and campus.
  • Serve as event operations and conversion staff who move, pick up, and/or deliver equipment supplies and other materials as needed by the event and/or SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park.
  • Execute tasks as directed by the Operations Lead and/or full-time team members of the Operations department.
  • Deliver, install, modify, or move furniture as required or requested to allow the facility and associated staff to operate smoothly.
  • Execute daily facility operational tasks in a manner that ensures optimal service and cost efficiency.
  • Operate pallet jacks (manual and motorized).
  • Maintain compliance with all Hollywood Park and applicable agency safety policies.
  • Ensure that Hollywood Park policies, procedures, and all safety requirements are administered properly within the personal scope of work.
  • Ensure comprehension of training in areas of non-compliance with Hollywood Park standards/policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service to the Hollywood Park community across all venues and campus property.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Benefits

  • Hourly Range: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
