About The Position

The Club Attendant provides wait service to guests in premium clubs, delivering a high level of hospitality and service throughout events. The role includes preparing assigned suites for food and beverage orders, taking and fulfilling event-day guest orders, maintaining a professional appearance and a clean work area, and cleaning the club after each event. The position follows company safety policies, procedures, and regulations, and requires completion of company-wide and job-specific safety training. SoFi Stadium Food and Beverage employees are covered by a collective bargaining agreement with Unite Here Local 11, and union membership is a condition of employment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be available to work nights and weekends and have a flexible, event-based schedule.
• Ability to communicate with others and participate in a team environment.
• Fluent English skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Awareness of customer service and guest needs.
• Ability to understand written and oral directions.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 35 pounds up and down stairs or ramps.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• California Food Handler Certification.
• California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification.
• Union membership is a condition of employment under the Unite Here Local 11 collective bargaining agreement.
