About The Position

The Clubs/Premium Services Runner provides exceptional guest service while working collectively and cooperatively in the Premium Suites Department at SoFi Stadium. The role includes delivering food and beverages, supporting service staff, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and completing assigned opening and closing duties. The position is represented by Unite Here Local 11, and union dues are required as part of membership. Compensation is $30.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to interact with guests to assure guest satisfaction.
• Ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Ability to read, speak, and write English to communicate with guests.
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10–30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Ability to work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks, including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
• Two to three years of experience working in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant.
• CA Food Handlers Certification.
• CA Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions; able to perform normal lifting of stock up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with personal service and attention to detail to exceed their expectations.
• Deliver food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer.
• Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the venue.
• Support service staff by clearing and cleaning tables and running food.
• Fulfill assigned opening and closing duties.
• Set up and maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area.
• Be knowledgeable about other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the venue.
• Practice safe work habits and follow safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Complete company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training.
