Club Attendant (SoFi Stadium)
About The Position
The Club Attendant provides wait service to guests in premium clubs at SoFi Stadium, delivering a high level of hospitality and service throughout events. The role involves preparing assigned suites for food and beverage orders, taking and delivering event-day orders, maintaining a professional and upscale appearance and a clean work area, and cleaning the club after events. Employees must be available for an event-based schedule, including nights and weekends. SoFi Stadium Food and Beverage employees are covered by a collective bargaining agreement with Unite Here Local 11, and union membership is a condition of employment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to communicate with others and participate in a team environment.
- Must work fluently in English.
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 35 pounds up and down stairs or ramps.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Awareness of customer service and guest needs.
- Ability to understand written and oral directions.
- Availability to work nights and weekends and a flexible, event-based schedule.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CA Food Handlers Certification.
- CA Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification.
- Union membership is a condition of employment under the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Responsibilities
- Set up assigned suites to accommodate food and beverage orders for the day.
- Take and deliver day-of-game orders, fulfilling guest requests.
- Maintain a professional, upscale personal appearance and keep the immediate work area clean.
- Clean the club after the event.
- Follow safe work habits, safety policies, procedures, and regulations; complete company-wide and job-specific safety training.
