About The Position

LaBelle Winery is seeking a professional, high-energy bartender with excellent communication skills to serve traditional cocktails and new beverages to LaBelle Lights and Event customers. The bartender works directly with customers to prepare and serve drinks, process payments, manage inventory, and maintain clean bar supplies. The role requires knowledge of drink pairings, traditional cocktails, drink-mixing tools and techniques, and POS systems. Bartenders must follow food safety and quality regulations and be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. The position involves extended periods of standing and movement, working in tight spaces, climbing stairs, and lifting ice and liquor cases.

Requirements

High school diploma.
Must be over 18 and meet the state minimum age to serve alcohol.
Additional education, training, certificates, or experience required; no specific qualifications are listed.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong task and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and understanding of drink-mixing tools and techniques.
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods, including in tight work areas.
Ability to frequently lift up to 25 pounds and lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to climb stairs.
Ability to stand for 6–8 hours when required.
Ability to move intermittently during work hours.

Responsibilities

Mix and serve drinks to customers.
Greet customers and verify their ages.
Apply knowledge of alcohol pairings, tastes, and traditional cocktails.
Process payments and handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately.
Manage inventory and clean bar supplies.
Upsell items and create recipes.
Adhere to food safety and quality regulations.
Use POS systems.
Work as part of a team.
Lift ice and carry cases of liquor when needed.
Perform other assigned job duties.
