About The Position

Hell’s Kitchen Pickleball Club is seeking a bartender for a hybrid role that includes both standard bar service and private events. Shifts may involve controlled bar service or events of 20 to 100+ guests, requiring the bartender to manage volume, service flow, and guest experience in real time. The role emphasizes awareness of the room, an organized station, accurate beverage preparation, and engaged guest interaction. The schedule is a flexible mix of daytime, evening, and event-driven shifts. Compensation is hourly plus tips.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of bartending experience.
• Comfort working in both standard service and high-volume event environments.
• Strong communication and team awareness.
• Organized, fast, and detail-oriented.
• Professional, reliable, and consistent.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily bar service with speed, consistency, and awareness.
• Work private events ranging from 20 to 100+ guests.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar.
• Adjust service style based on the pace and volume of the room.
• Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately.
• Stay engaged with guests while working.
• Support event setup, service flow, and breakdown.
