About The Position

Proof of the Pudding, operator of Comerica Center’s hospitality and concessions, is hiring Premium Bartenders to provide customer service in premium hospitality areas during Comerica events. This seasonal, part-time work is scheduled according to athletic-event business needs. The role includes setting up and breaking down the bar, serving and attending to guests, coordinating with bar-back personnel, managing inventory, and following applicable alcohol policies.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of bartending experience.
• Must be TIPs/TEAM certified; Team certification is accepted, or training will be provided.
• Knowledge of upscale/VIP service styles is required.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down the bar before and after events, including icing down products.
• Communicate with bar-back personnel during events to support replenishment.
• Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service throughout the event.
• Clean the bar after closing and discard excess ice.
• Record closing inventory and put away inventory as directed.
• Follow federal, local, and venue alcohol policies.
• Perform other related duties as required.
