The Evening Concierge is the first point of contact for prospects and residents returning home. The role focuses on creating strong first impressions, building positive relationships, and personalizing interactions to help customers feel at home. The schedule is Monday, Thursday, and Friday through Sunday, 3 PM–11 PM. The position is eligible for additional bonus opportunities and offers a salary range of $23.08–$23.08 USD.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environment.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
A sharp, professional appearance.
Competence with various software, apps, and computer programs.
An eye for detail and the ability to anticipate customer needs.
A customer-focused mentality.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Solve problems and provide timely assistance to residents and prospects with care.
Plan and execute meaningful events and activities that engage residents and foster a sense of community.
Build brand loyalty by ensuring a consistently positive experience and a meticulously cared-for community.
Generate awareness, interest, and excitement via social media.
Encourage satisfied customers to write reviews on social networking sites.
Organize front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevators.
Work weekends or evenings depending on the shift.
