About The Position

Bozzuto is hiring a Roving Evening Concierge to provide a welcoming experience for prospects and residents across a portfolio of properties in Montgomery County, Maryland. The role focuses on building positive relationships, personalizing interactions, solving problems, and maintaining a well-organized, carefully cared-for community. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and may involve working weekends or evenings depending on the shift. It is eligible for additional bonus opportunities. The stated salary is $23.08 per hour. Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environment.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
A sharp professional appearance.
Competence with various software, apps, and computer programs.
Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate customer needs.
A customer-focused mentality.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Solve problems and provide timely assistance to residents and prospects with care.
Travel among a portfolio of properties within Montgomery County, Maryland.
Plan and execute meaningful events and activities that engage residents and foster community.

Generate awareness, interest, and excitement through social media.
Encourage satisfied customers to write reviews on social networking sites.
Organize front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevators.
