About The Position

The Roving Evening Concierge serves as a welcoming first point of contact for prospects and residents, creating positive first impressions and building ongoing relationships. The role focuses on personalized service, timely problem-solving, resident engagement, and maintaining an organized and well-cared-for community. The concierge travels among a portfolio of properties in Montgomery County, Maryland, and works Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

The position requires a customer-focused approach, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate customer needs. It also includes planning resident events, supporting community engagement through social media and online reviews, and managing front desk and amenity-related logistics. The role may involve weekend work depending on the shift and requires lifting packages weighing up to 25 pounds. Additional bonus opportunities are available.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Competence with various software, apps, and computer programs.
• Attention to detail and ability to anticipate customer needs.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
