About The Position

The Evening Concierge welcomes prospects and residents, creates positive first impressions, and builds ongoing relationships by personalizing interactions and helping people feel at home. The role focuses on solving problems, providing timely assistance, supporting community engagement, and ensuring a consistently positive experience in a meticulously cared-for community. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• A sharp professional appearance.
• Competence with various software, apps, and computer programs.
• Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate customer needs.
• A customer-focused mentality.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Solve problems and provide timely assistance to residents and prospects with care.
• Plan and execute meaningful events and activities that engage residents and foster a sense of community.
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring a consistently positive experience and a meticulously cared-for community.
• Generate awareness, interest, and excitement through social media.
• Encourage satisfied customers to write reviews on social networking sites.
• Organize front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevators.
