About The Position

Paul Mitchell the School of Salt Lake City is seeking to hire an Esthetician Learning Instructor to join their Team. The Esthetician Instructor will inspire and teach skincare to future professionals. Requirements

Instructor license
Esthetician license
Esthetician experience in a salon/spa or medical setting
Passion for educating, motivating, mentoring, and coaching future professionals
Commitment to helping others succeed
Positive and effective communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Passion for the beauty industry

Responsibilities

Inspire and teach skincare to future professionals.
Create extraordinary learning experiences in the clinic classroom using objective-based education (O.B.E.), mini-classes, and learning centers.
Teach students the science of healthy skin with hands-on professional techniques and skincare innovations and technologies.
Teach skin analysis, ingredient technology, and prescriptive retailing.
Teach waxing and makeup techniques.
Prepare students for their careers in skincare.
Teach students the business and guest service skills they will need to be successful.
Serve as a dedicated mentor to prepare students for the professional world.
Help students build a core foundation of knowledge and master advanced techniques.
