About The Position
Paul Mitchell the School Austin is hiring an Esthetician Skincare Teacher to inspire and teach skincare to students. The teacher creates engaging clinic-classroom learning experiences using objective-based education, mini-classes, and learning centers. Instruction covers the science of healthy skin, professional hands-on techniques, skincare innovations and technologies, skin analysis, ingredient technology, prescriptive retailing, waxing, makeup techniques, business skills, and guest service skills to prepare students for skincare careers. Requirements
- Esthetician license with at least 2 years of licensure.
- At least 1 year of esthetician experience in a salon or spa.
- Customer service experience.
- Positive and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Passion for the beauty industry and helping students succeed.
