About The Position

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a licensed esthetician with an entrepreneurial spirit to join its team of wellness professionals. The esthetician works with clients to help them achieve their skin health goals and introduces them to wellness modalities that may complement esthetic services. The role offers an opportunity to develop skills while working with state-of-the-art technology in a wellness-focused environment. The schedule may be 2–3 days per week or 4–5 days per week, and includes Saturday.

Requirements

Must be a licensed esthetician.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience or certification in using Cryoskin equipment; preferred but not required.
Experience or certification in using Hydrafacial equipment; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Conduct consultations and administer Cryoskin and other esthetic services.
Build and maintain a personal client base.
Maintain accurate records for each session.
Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments.
Clean and maintain esthetic equipment and treatment areas.
Sell Restore esthetic services to existing and new clients.
Cross-sell other Restore modalities that may enhance esthetic services.
Maintain inventory and order esthetic supplies as needed.
Educate clients about Restore modalities and products that support and enhance their experience.
Assist with store operations, including greeting customers, answering calls, giving tours, selling services, using the point-of-sale system to check out customers, operating wellness equipment, and light cleaning.
