About The Position

Givens Aldersgate is seeking a PRN Esthetician to provide quality wellness and skincare services to residents in its Salon and Spa. The Esthetician may also use the salon booths to serve private clientele. The role calls for excellent communication, personalized skincare recommendations, attention to client satisfaction, professionalism, patience, and relationship-building with residents and staff. The position pays $15.00 per hour plus commission.

Requirements

• Valid and current North Carolina State Board license.
• Two to five years of experience as an Esthetician.
• Thorough understanding and working knowledge of skincare and related products.
• Maintain client confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to high-quality skincare services.
• Ability to customize services to individual client needs, with patience, professionalism, and a focus on client satisfaction and lasting relationships.

• Desire to stay current with industry trends and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments according to residents’ needs.
• Provide quality services tailored to individual resident needs by listening, making appropriate skincare recommendations, and recommending retail products.
• Follow up with residents after visits and secure future bookings.
• Recommend changes or procedures to address clients’ skincare needs.
• Perform other duties or tasks assigned on an as-needed basis by an authorized supervisor.
