About The Position

Revive Med Spa is seeking a motivated, engaging esthetician for its new Carmel Valley location. This part-time role provides clients with a personal skincare experience focused on beauty education and product sales. The esthetician works collaboratively with service providers to help clients build skincare regimens that complement in-house services, stays current on Revive’s skincare products and regimens, and markets products to support sales results. The posting lists pay starting at $17.75 per hour, along with health insurance, paid time off, 401(k) eligibility, and potential bonus, commission, and tips.

Requirements

Be able to work part time and weekends.
Have at least 1–2 years of sales experience in beauty or skincare retail.
Hold a full esthetician license, be trained as an esthetician, and have at least 2 years of experience.
Have superior organizational skills.
Be friendly and helpful, with the ability to build and foster relationships with clients and service providers.
Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Be able to adhere to sales goals and have a strong drive to succeed.
Have a passion for the beauty and skincare industry.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual ability.
Previous medical spa experience.
Experience with medical-grade skincare products and chemical peels.

Responsibilities
