About The Position

The Esthetician provides personalized spa services at the Hutton Hotel, a music-inspired boutique hotel in Nashville’s West End. The role delivers a relaxing and rejuvenating guest experience through a range of skincare services, individualized treatment plans, skincare education, and product recommendations. The Esthetician helps maintain a serene, welcoming spa environment, observes cleanliness and hygiene standards, builds guest relationships, and promotes spa services and products. The position is part of Davidson Hospitality Group, a hospitality management company operating hotels, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Employment requires a state- or county-required esthetician license or certification. Previous experience is preferred. Pre-employment drug testing and a background check are required; the company participates in E-Verify.

Requirements

Hold an esthetician license or certification as required by the state or county.
Demonstrate proficiency in a variety of skincare treatments and techniques.
Have knowledge of skincare products and their ingredients.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Show strong attention to detail and the ability to customize treatments for individual guests.
Have a passion for skincare and staying current with industry trends.
