About The Position

The LifeSpa Esthetician provides skin and facial services and treatments that improve guests’ overall sense of well-being and enhance their club experience. Services include facials, waxing, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, and make-up application. The Esthetician aims to exceed guest expectations, provide individualized care, and advise clients on skin analysis and maintenance regimens. The role also promotes LifeSpa and Salon products and services and helps maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the LifeSpa and Salon.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Esthetician license in the state where the work is performed.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and commissions.
• Ability to stand, walk, feel, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of cosmetology experience.
• Six months of sales experience.
• Knowledge of Salon Biz software.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized skin and facial services and treatments that meet clients’ needs and expectations.
• Educate clients about LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments.
• Discuss options with clients to determine their individual needs.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the LifeSpa and Salon.
• Serve as an expert in skin analysis and maintenance regimens.
• Promote LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments.
• Maintain current certifications and stay current on industry trends.
