About The Position

Deloitte is hiring an experienced Epic Application Analyst – Interconnect Senior Consultant through its Project Delivery Talent Model, a model tailored to long-term, onsite client service delivery with limited travel. The role is part of Package and Technology Enablement | Package Functional Transformation and AI & Engineering. The analyst will configure and validate Epic Interconnect and Bridges components, support interface testing and data conversions, troubleshoot integration issues, and contribute to client improvement, optimization, and transformation workstreams. The position is available in 35 listed U.S. locations. The role requires an average of 10% travel, depending on the work and clients served.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of hands-on experience with Epic Interconnect.
• Epic Interconnect Certification or Epic Client Systems Administrator certification.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline; equivalent experience is also accepted.
• Ability to travel an average of 10%, based on the work and clients and industries/sectors served.
• Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products.
• Ability to operate independently or with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and validate Epic Interconnect and Bridges components, including message testing, routing, acknowledgments, logs, and vendor coordination.
• Execute interface testing in non-production environments and document results, defects, and retesting evidence.
• Support data conversions through mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, exception management, and cutover readiness.
• Review Nova Notes and Bridges SBARs for impacts, dependencies, risks, testing requirements, and implementation readiness.
• Troubleshoot interface issues across Epic, interface engines, downstream systems, transport layers, and vendor endpoints.
• Provide concise weekly reporting on accomplishments, active work, risks, blockers, and next steps.
• Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation, including implementing leading-practice workflows, addressing quality deficits, and driving operational outcomes.
