Critical Illness Recovery Hospital Environmental Services Manager At Regency Hospitals, a division of Select Medical, we care for chronically and critically ill or post-ICU patients who require extended hospital care. Requirements

High School Degree or GED equivalent.
Two (2) years of work experience or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

Five (5) years of experience preferred.
Experience in a health care or hospital environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise all work activities of your department's personnel to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions in the facility.
Make inspections of all assigned areas to make certain the highest standards of Quality Assurance Control are being met.
Train new and existing employees on new equipment, products and cleaning methods.
Schedule Environmental Services personnel.
Participate in interviewing perspective candidates and making hiring decisions; focusing on maintaining a positive culture.
