About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring for a fully remote, independent contractor opportunity serving clients interested in supplemental benefits. The role is suitable for recent or soon-to-be graduates in business, marketing, or communications, and others interested in a people-focused, service-driven career. No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. The position involves virtual client consultations, guiding individuals and families through supplemental benefit options and enrollment, cultivating client relationships, and maintaining digital documentation and follow-up communication. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried; earnings are described as weekly and may grow through renewals. Performance bonuses and a 3% equity opportunity may be available to qualifying team members. This is a 100% remote role. Candidates provide their own computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace. Before conducting licensed insurance activities, candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License and complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state requirements at their own expense. Licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and are reviewed during hiring and onboarding.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Be able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
- Be comfortable in virtual meetings and using digital tools.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
- Have strong communication and people skills.
- Have a self-starter mindset and strong organizational skills.
- Be self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working independently.
- Have an interest in helping people and supporting a purpose-driven mission.

Responsibilities
