About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring for a fully remote, independent contractor role supporting individuals and families with supplemental benefit options. The position is intended for people who are service-minded, self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and interested in a performance-based career. No prior insurance experience is required; training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. The role involves meeting clients virtually over Zoom, understanding their needs, explaining benefit options, and supporting them throughout enrollment. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, with weekly earnings and potential performance bonuses. This is not an hourly or salaried position. The opportunity is fully remote with a flexible schedule, inbound client interest, and potential income growth through renewals. Qualifying team members may have a 3% equity opportunity, and advancement pathways into leadership roles are available. Candidates provide their own computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace. They must complete training and virtual meetings, and obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities. Applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements are at the candidate’s expense. Licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and are reviewed during hiring and onboarding.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
- Have a reliable internet connection and a Windows laptop/PC with webcam.
- Be confident in virtual meetings and familiar with digital tools.
- Have a self-starter mindset and strong organizational skills.
- Have strong communication and people skills.
- Be self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working independently.

- Customer service or consultative background is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
- Guide individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options.
- Participate in continued mentorship and team development.

- Maintain accurate digital records and manage timely follow-up.
