About The Position

AO Globe Life is seeking team members for a fully remote, mission-driven role serving clients interested in supplemental benefits. The position is suited to recent or soon-to-be graduates in business, marketing, or communications, and others who are interested in service-oriented, relationship-driven work. Complete training, inbound client interest, mentorship, and professional development are provided.

The role involves virtual client consultations, helping clients explore benefit options, guiding them through enrollment, maintaining accurate digital records, and providing timely follow-up. It is an independent contractor opportunity with commission-based, performance-driven compensation; it is not hourly or salaried. Specific compensation and contractor terms may vary by state.

Candidates must complete required training and obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities. Applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements are at the candidate’s expense. Prior insurance experience is not required.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Have a self-starter mindset and strong organizational skills.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be confident with virtual meetings and everyday digital tools.
• Be self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working independently.
• Have a reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, and professional remote workspace.
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.

Nice To Haves

• Prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus but is not required.
