About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring for a fully remote, mission-driven role supporting individuals and families across the United States. The position is suited to people seeking a service-first career, including recent graduates in business, marketing, or communications. No prior insurance experience is required; training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and professional development are provided. The role involves presenting supplemental benefit options tailored to clients, assisting them through enrollment, keeping digital records accurate, following up promptly, and building long-term client relationships. Client consultations and other meetings take place virtually, including through Zoom. The opportunity is an independent contractor role with commission-based, performance-driven compensation; it is not hourly or salaried. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and pay any applicable pre-licensing coursework, examination, and state licensing costs themselves. Requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Be self-motivated, organized, coachable, and able to work independently.
- Have a service-minded, mission-driven attitude.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be comfortable participating in virtual meetings and using digital tools.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate's expense.

- Customer service or consultative experience is a plus but is not required.
