About The Position

They partner with 40,000+ unions, associations, and organizations, representing millions of members who request benefits directly. This is a remote, performance-based opportunity designed for individuals entering the industry or experienced agents looking for a more efficient, supported system. The role offers two clear paths: an Entry-Level Foundation Track for those new to the industry, providing guided onboarding, licensing support, and mentorship, and a Fast-Track Production Track for licensed agents, focusing on efficiency and scale with no-cost, warm leads and a proven system. The agency emphasizes a supportive environment where agents are trained into production and can grow into leadership roles.

Requirements

• Coachable and open to a structured system
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-driven with the ability to work remotely
• Willing to obtain or transfer a life insurance license

Nice To Haves

• Are fully licensed and ready to produce immediately
• Are licensed in another state and willing to transfer or add Georgia
• Are eligible for a Georgia temporary license (fast-track path)
• Have ties to Georgia (family/address) to qualify for licensing
• Are new to the industry and open to becoming licensed

Responsibilities

• Connect with members who have requested information
• Educate families on life and supplemental benefit options
• Guide clients through the enrollment process
• Maintain compliance and provide ongoing client support
