About The Position

AO Globe Life is hiring a fully remote Benefits Coordinator to help clients enroll in supplemental benefits. The role is suited to recent or soon-to-be graduates and others interested in a people-first, service-oriented environment. The company provides structured training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development. No prior insurance experience is required. This is a 100% remote independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Candidates must provide their own computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace. Before conducting licensed insurance activities, candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License and complete any applicable coursework, exams, and state requirements at their own expense. Licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state. The opportunity offers flexible scheduling, inbound leads rather than cold outreach, income growth through renewals, monthly and quarterly performance bonuses, weekly performance-based pay, a potential 3% equity opportunity for those who qualify, and a possible path into leadership. AO Globe Life describes its mission as serving union members, credit union clients, and veterans nationwide with supplemental benefits that protect working families.
