Remote Entry Level Benefits Manager
About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring a remote Benefits Manager to help individuals and families understand personalized supplemental benefit options and complete the enrollment process. The role is suited to recent or soon-to-be graduates and others interested in a people-first, service-oriented career. It includes structured training, mentorship, ongoing professional development, and opportunities to advance into leadership roles. The position is a 100% remote independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried, with weekly performance-based earnings, potential renewal-based income growth, monthly and quarterly performance bonuses, and a 3% equity opportunity for eligible team members. The role uses inbound leads only and does not involve cold calling. Candidates provide their own computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace. A state Life & Health Insurance License is required before conducting licensed insurance activities; candidates are responsible for applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at their own expense. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. Terms and requirements may vary by state.
Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills.
- A self-starter mindset and strong organizational skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a Windows laptop or PC with webcam.
- Confidence in virtual meetings and familiarity with digital tools.
- At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Ability to complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working independently.
