About The Position

TQL is hiring an Entry Level Recruiter to find sales talent nationwide. The recruiter owns the entire candidate search process while managing the needs of a dedicated on-site hiring manager. No recruiting experience is necessary; TQL provides a paid training program. The role is based in-office at 14025 Riveredge Dr., Suite 200, Tampa, Florida. The position offers a starting base salary of $45,000, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, and uncapped bonuses. First-year average earnings are listed as $65,517. Responsibilities

Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent.
Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods.
Conduct phone screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, ensuring candidates’ initial onboarding experience is seamless.
Document conversations, interview progress, offers, and feedback in the Applicant Tracking System (Avature).
Process onboarding and candidate-disposition paperwork accurately.
