About The Position

Total Quality Logistics is hiring an Entry Level Recruiter to find sales talent nationwide. The recruiter owns the candidate search and hiring process while managing the needs of a dedicated on-site hiring manager. The role involves building relationships with candidates and stakeholders, generating candidate flow, conducting phone screens, coordinating interviews through offers, and supporting candidates’ initial onboarding. Recruiters document recruiting activity in the Avature Applicant Tracking System and process onboarding and candidate disposition paperwork accurately. No prior experience is necessary. TQL provides a paid training program and describes the role as suited to recent graduates. The position is 100% in-office at 300 Arboretum Place, Suite 600, Richmond, Virginia. TQL offers a base salary starting at $45,000, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, and uncapped bonuses. The stated first-year average earnings are $65,517. The role has structured career paths and promotional raise opportunities; most recruiters receive their first promotion and pay increase after six months.

Responsibilities

Build relationships and maintain communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with suitable talent.
Generate a high volume of candidate flow using a variety of sourcing methods.
Conduct phone screens and manage the interview process from sourcing through offer.
Help ensure candidates have a seamless initial onboarding experience.
Document conversations, interview progress, offers, and feedback in the Avature Applicant Tracking System.
Accurately process onboarding and candidate disposition paperwork.
