Entry-Level Outside Sales Rep
About The Position
W.B. Mason is hiring a full-time Entry-Level Outside Sales Rep to develop an assigned territory and introduce local businesses to its workplace products and services. The role involves meeting prospective clients in person, identifying their needs, demonstrating products, explaining web tools, providing custom pricing, and helping new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO. The representative works with inside sales and onboarding teams to transition new accounts smoothly and participates in regular branch sales meetings. Requirements
- Experience in customer service, retail sales, or a related area.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Physical ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Travel through an assigned territory on foot or by car to introduce local businesses to W.B. Mason’s products and services.
- Meet with potential clients, uncover their needs, and present relevant products and services.
- Use flyers and a consultative approach when engaging with prospective customers.
- Demonstrate products, share web tools, and offer custom pricing.
- Help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO.
- Coordinate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure new accounts are smoothly transitioned and supported.
- Attend regular branch sales meetings.
