About The Position

W.B. Mason is hiring a full-time, entry-level Outside Sales Rep to develop an assigned territory and introduce local businesses to the company’s workplace products and services. The role involves meeting potential clients, identifying their needs, demonstrating products, sharing web tools, offering custom pricing, and helping new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO. The representative works with inside sales and onboarding teams to transition new accounts and participates in regular branch sales meetings. The position offers annual pay of $60,000–$65,000 plus bonus opportunities and other sales incentives.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, or a related area.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English.
• Physical ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Explore an assigned territory on foot or by car and introduce local businesses to W.B. Mason’s products and services.
• Meet with potential clients, uncover their needs, and explain how the company’s workplace products and services can help them.
• Use flyers and a consultative sales approach.
• Demonstrate products, share web tools, and offer custom pricing.
• Help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO.
• Coordinate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure new accounts are transitioned smoothly.
• Attend regular branch sales meetings.
