About The Position

W.B. Mason is hiring a full-time, entry-level Outside Sales Rep to develop an assigned territory and introduce local businesses to the company’s workplace products and services. The role involves meeting prospective customers, identifying their needs, demonstrating products and web tools, providing custom pricing, and helping new customers set up through MasonvilleGO. The representative works with inside sales and onboarding teams to transition new accounts and attends regular branch sales meetings. The position includes travel through the territory on foot or by car.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, or a related area.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English.
• Physical ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Explore and develop an assigned territory, visiting local businesses to introduce W.B. Mason’s products and services.
• Meet prospective clients, uncover their needs, and explain how the company’s products and services can help them.
• Demonstrate products and web tools and offer custom pricing.
• Help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO.
• Coordinate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure new accounts are transitioned smoothly and supported.
• Attend regular branch sales meetings.
