About The Position

W.B. Mason is hiring a full-time, entry-level Outside Sales Rep to build relationships with local businesses and grow sales within an assigned territory. The role involves meeting prospective customers, learning about their needs, and presenting workplace products and services. Representatives demonstrate products, explain web tools, provide custom pricing, and help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO. The position works closely with inside sales and onboarding teams to transition new accounts smoothly, and includes regular branch sales meetings. The role may involve traveling through the territory on foot or by car.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, or a related area.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English.
• Physical ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Explore an assigned territory and introduce local businesses to W.B. Mason's products and services.
• Meet with prospective clients, identify their needs, and present relevant solutions.
• Demonstrate products, share web tools, and offer custom pricing.
• Help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO.
• Coordinate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure new accounts are transitioned smoothly.
• Participate in regular branch sales meetings.
