About The Position

W.B. Mason is hiring a full-time, entry-level Outside Sales Rep to develop an assigned territory by introducing local businesses to the company's workplace products and services. Requirements

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, or a similar area.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English.
• Physical ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Explore an assigned territory on foot or by car and introduce local businesses to W.B. Mason's products and services.
• Meet prospective clients, identify their needs, and explain how the company's workplace products and services can help them.
• Use flyers, demonstrate products, share web tools, and offer custom pricing.
• Help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO.
• Coordinate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure new accounts are transitioned smoothly and supported.
• Attend regular branch sales meetings.
