About The Position

Team Murph is a Domino’s franchise group that began in 1987 in San Marcos, Texas, and now operates 109 locations across Texas, Tennessee, and Kentucky. Its mission is to be an industry and brand leader in people, product, and process. The Entry-Level Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, and help ensure guests receive a high-quality dining experience. The role includes a progressive training program in a dynamic environment intended to prepare the successful candidate for a management career.

Requirements

One year of management experience.
At least 18 years of age.
Pass a background check and drug screening.
Comply with image standards.
Ability to manage various tasks, work independently or with a team, work under stress, and adhere to strict quality standards.
Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to stand or move around for up to 100% of the time during shifts.

Responsibilities

Drive restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
Enhance the Domino’s brand through professionalism, enthusiasm, and effective communication.
Monitor daily sales, food costs, and labor, making adjustments and following up as needed.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Train team members effectively.
Establish and maintain high customer service levels.
Motivate staff and lead by example.
Safeguard cash, inventory, and other assets according to company guidelines.
Operate all restaurant equipment.
Manage inventory from delivery through storage and preparation areas.
Prepare products and handle telephone orders.
Conduct inventory checks and complete necessary paperwork.
Maintain cleanliness of the facility and equipment.
