About The Position

Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Rocky Mount, Virginia, and surrounding communities. The company offers free Personal Care Aide certification training for applicants who are not yet certified. The role supports aging adults with daily routines and helps them live life to the fullest. Nurses are available to support caregivers, and the company provides ongoing paid training.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Two professional references.
• Reliable transportation.
• Compassionate and dependable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily routines, including medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Prepare meals during shifts.
• Keep clients’ spaces clean and comfortable.
• Notify the office of changes in a client’s condition or circumstances.
