About The Position

Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full- and part-time Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Roanoke, Virginia, and surrounding communities. The position is open to people without prior experience or certification; the company provides free Personal Care Aide certification training. Caregivers support clients with daily routines and help them live as fully and comfortably as possible. Shifts may include days, nights, or weekends, and schedules are arranged around the caregiver’s availability. Nurses are available to assist caregivers, and paid training continues throughout the role.

Requirements

• Be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Provide two professional references.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have a compassionate and dependable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with daily routines, including medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Prepare meals during shifts.
• Keep the client's space clean and comfortable.
• Notify the office if anything changes with the client.
