Requirements

  • Able to work well independently and with a team
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable using basic digital tools
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada

  • Customer service, sales, or client support experience is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with members
  • Schedule and conduct member appointments
  • Present benefit information by phone or virtual meeting
  • Answer questions and provide clear guidance
  • Assist with digital forms, applications, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and follow quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development
