About The Position
Green Star Exteriors is hiring motivated, energetic people for its Entry Level Sales Team. No sales experience is needed, and paid training is provided to develop sales, communication, and leadership skills. Team members engage with homeowners face-to-face in designated neighborhoods, discuss exterior needs such as roofing, windows, siding, and doors, and explain the benefits of free, no-obligation inspections and quotes. The role offers a stated earning potential of $70,000–$140,000+ through base salary and uncapped commission, along with performance-based advancement opportunities, incentives, and ongoing training.

Responsibilities
- Engage face-to-face with homeowners in designated neighborhoods to discuss their home's exterior needs, including roofing, windows, siding, and doors.
- Educate homeowners about free, no-obligation inspections and quotes intended to improve their home's value and protection.
- Participate in hands-on training to develop communication and sales skills.
- Take part in team challenges and compete for bonuses and incentives.
